Themes and objectives: “YMCA youth work in Europe – make diversity happen”

Volunteer YMCA youth workers from Europe:

  • get to know each other and present their youth work practice

  • explore youth work with people from diverse background

  • discover diversity as a resource in youth work through experimental learning

  • new models for youth work, which are beneficial for the development of social skills and personality building

  • experienced participants of previous camps share their know-how

  • they network and arrange their future cooperation

  • they document and share their experiences and models of youth work

Program: Participants are sharing their youth work experiences and we will have special courses dealing with new models

– SPORT and experiential learning

– Musically creative (TEN SING)
